Open Position:

FREED Director: Is a 1099 Independent Direct Sales Representative/Director who leads and manages our FREED Ambassadors, creates customer awareness, presents to potential customers, and closes the sale on DMMSI's SOLU7ION student licenses and sponsorship marketing packages.  FREED Directors are also responsible for expanding FREED by bringing on new FREED Sales Reps (DMMSI Representatives) and training them on how to create customer awareness and close sales on DMMSI's SOLU7ION student licenses and sponsorship marketing packages.

 

DMMSI is looking to hire up to 6 driven FREED Directors to launch and oversee our Sales Management Team and to introduce company products to potential customers and close sales.  We are limiting our Directors Team to a maximum of 6 due to our Annual Bonus incentive. FREED Director’s responsibilities include working with the CEO to create our sales process, training, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.  Directors need to be successful sales executives with a proven track record of closing sales.

 

By becoming a FREED Director, you are helping launch a brand new program; therefore, by being first and helping this vision become a reality you receive higher commission rates and additional bonuses paid out annually.  Once you have gone through our vetting process, you will always keep the title and perks of a FREED Director.  Meaning you no longer have to hit monthly sales and onboarding quotas to keep your FREED Director status once you are vetted!!

 

Location:    Remote (DMMSI is based out of California; Business Hours 9am - 6pm M-F)

Hours:        Flexible; Make Your Own Hours

 

FREED Director Duties

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas:

    •  Month 2-12:    50 SOLU7ION Licenses or Student Sponsorships a Month

    • Month 13-24: 100 SOLU7ION Licenses or Student Sponsorships a Month

    • Month 25-36: 250 SOLU7ION Licenses or Student Sponsorships a Month

  • Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives. Meeting or exceeding monthly New FREED Sales Rep Quotas:

    • Month 7-12: On-Board  5 New FREED Sales Rep a Month

    • Month 13-24: On-Board  10 New FREED Sales Rep a Month

    • Month 25-36: On-Board  25 New FREED Sales Rep a Month

  • Creating and conducting training to FREED Ambassadors and FREED Reps

  • Canvassing territories to present company products to potential customers.

  • Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.

  • Demonstrating product features to customers.

  • Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.

  • Completing orders through your personal website for processing.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of FREED Sales Reps

  • Develop sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

FREED Director Requirements:

  • You are a self-starter who is able to learn DMMSI’s vision and products offered.

  • You have a high work ethic and need very minimal supervision.

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

  • Proven ability to position products against competitors

  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

FREED Director Compensation 

  • 25% Sales Commission (5% higher than regular FREED Sales Reps) 

  • 5% Sales Commission on sales made by FREED Sales Reps that you personally on-board and train.

  • Quarterly Bonus: Set your own personal goals to hit our quarterly bonus tiers.

  • Although not an Ambassador, you still receive a split in the Annual Ambassador Bonus: Split a percentage of all annual sales with FREED Ambassador Team. (Not available to regular FREED Sales Reps)

    • Year 1 ONLY: Split 5.0% of All Annual Sales.

    • Year 2 and On: Split 2.5% of All Annual Sales.

    • Annual Bonus example should DMMSI hit our 5 year sales projections: Bonus Per Ambassador (Guesstimated Numbers) Year 1 - $6,008; Year 2 - $38,208; Year 3 - $163,369; Year 4 - $490,816; Year 5 - $895,860

  • Annual Director Bonus​: Split a percentage of all annual sales with FREED Directors Team. (Not available to FREED Ambassador)

    • Year 1 ONLY: Split 1.0% of All Annual Sales.

    • Year 2 and On: Split 1.5% of All Annual Sales.

    • Annual Bonus example should DMMSI hit our 5 year sales projections: Bonus Per Director (Guesstimated Numbers) Year 1 - $6,008; Year 2 - $85,969; Year 3 - $367,580; Year 4 - $1,104,336; Year 5 - $2,015,685​​
